Check-in & Check-out

Check-in - 4pm

Late Arrivals:
The B&B does not have a 24 hour front desk. The front desk is only staffed from 4:00- 6:00p.m. If you will be arriving later than 6:00 p.m., please notify the Inn. Check-ins later than 6:00 p.m. are gladly accommodated, however, you must notify the Inn or request a late check-in when making your reservation.

Early Arrivals:
Standard Guest Check-in Begins at 4:00 p.m.  Check-ins earlier than 4:00 p.m. will be accommodated if possible, 1/2 day additional room fee applies to all early check-ins. If you would like to request early check-in, please call on the day of arrival to see if your room will be available for early arrival.

Check-out - 11am

Carr Mansion asks that you check out of your room by 11am. Guest suites must be vacated by this time to allow for ample time for cleaning and turnover for new arrivals.

Late Check-out: If you need to arrange for a later check-out, please note this when you make your reservation or call the Inn as soon as you are aware of this need. Late check-out without prior arrangements will result in additional charges equal to the rate of staying an additional day.

Room Reservation Policy

• There is no limit to amount of rooms that can be booked, if there is availability.
• There is a rate discount if the entire home is booked. Please call Carr Mansion to inquire about rates and availability.
• If you need the room for 7 nights or more, please call Carr Mansion to inquire about rates.
• There is no minimum night rental, however the rooms are more expensive when rented for only one night.

Payment

A major credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
